Purkeys Fleet Electric is taking their first step towards gaining an ISO Compliance certificate.
For those of us who don’t speak that language, ISO (International Organization for Standardization) is the world’s largest developer of International Standards which decides what it means to have state of the art products, services and good practices.
Purkeys is intentionally fitting into the standards of an international organization to make their business better.
Justin Purkey, CEO, explains that most companies want to get this certificate because it helps with marketing. However, Purkeys doesn’t make company changes to increase public relations. “I couldn’t care less about that. I want to make sure that as Purkeys grows, we become better. We’re always looking for ways to reduce steps and add value to our process, and this certification will help us achieve that goal.”
For over 20 years, Purkeys has delivered cost-effective solutions to heavy duty fleets, and this certification shows that they are ready to lead their industry by guaranteeing their products and services are safe, reliable and of good quality.
This means that Purkeys customers will continue to receive the expert service they’ve grown to trust, but now they will have the added assurance backed by an internationally recognized standard.
Better standards equal better business.
