If you haven’t had a chance to check out the Hyster Yale Group’s Experience Center, it is a must-do for 2019! Over the last few months, a couple of our employees had the incredible opportunity to tour the 51,000 square foot, state-of-the-art Experience Center, which is an innovative facility providing customers with industry-leading training resources. According to HYG, the facility was created with the needs of dealers and customers in mind, so you will find valuable educational stations focused on HYG’s solutions, services, and support, as well as information regarding proper facility layout and tools to increase productivity.
We had the chance to install the newest version of our Trailer Auxiliary Power System (TAPS)™ on a trailer in their exhibit. The new and improved TAPS allows for more flexibility with multi-location mounting options, as well as saves drivers time, space, and money with the ability to charge pallet jacks without having to unload them. Just as importantly, the TAPS also maximizes the battery life of other AC powered devices by keeping them at a higher state of charge.
Thanks to the HYG team, customers will be able to scan a QR code located by the TAPS on display to quickly learn more information about the product. HYG has compiled an incredibly inviting place for customers to come learn, understand, and interact with some amazing products in the field of trucking. Their professional team walks you through the exhibit, providing you with a unique experience with a professional product.
